Il RESIDENCE GRECO si trova in centro al paese ed a 60 mt dalla passeggiata e dalle spiagge.

I suoi 10 appartamenti sono monolocali e bilocali che possono ospitare fino a 6 persone. E'dotato di hall con zona lettura e biblioteca, sala giochi attrezzata con tv, lettore, dvd, giochi, libri per bambini, terrazza solarium all'attico con lettni e doccia, lavatrice.
Ascensore, posto auto, deposito per cicli e motocicli, biciclette a disposizione dei clienti. WiFi gratuito nella hall e sulla terrazza.

Gli appartamenti sono moderni e confortevoli, attrezzati con portoncini blindati, citofono, cassaforte, tv LCD con satellitare, telefono con linea diretta e proprio numero, riscaldamento/aria condizionata autonoma, cucine con frigo a colonna e cella freezer, forno combinato a micoroonde, bagni con doccia e phon. Asse, ferro da stiro, stenditoio, attrezzature per le pulizie.
Tutti gli alloggi hanno uno o due balconi abitabili ed arredati. Adsl gratuito in ogni appartamento.

Il RESIDENCE LINDA si trova a 250 mt dal centro ed a 100 mt dalle spiagge e dalla passeggiata. Dotato di ascensore, parcheggio privato recintato, depositi bici e biciclette a disposizione.

I 10 appartamenti sono mono, bilo e trilocali che possono ospitare fino a 6 persone. Ristrutturati nel 2009 sono forniti di portoncini blindati, citofono, tv LCD con stellitare, telefono diretto con numero proprio, adsl e wi-fi, cassaforte. Cucina con frigo a colonna e freezer, forno combinato e lavastoviglie. Bagni con doccia, phon e lavatrice. A disposizone grautita per i bambini: lettini, sponde, seggioloni, vaschette, cuscini fasciatoio, passeggini.

The GRECO RESIDENCE has 10 well equipped apartments in a Residence in the center of town and 60 mt far from the sea.

The RESIDENCE LINDA Linda Residence is located just 80 m from the sea and promenade and 250 m from the small town centre. It has a lift, private parking, bikes and bikes deposit at disposal.
