G3 internally combines two industrial realities with features completing each other:

The first, a company young as history but known and with good references in rubber sector, in rebuilding and maintenance of existing machines and lines.

The second, a company established in 1953 for designing and manufacturing machinea and lines for rubber and plastic industry which supplied worldwide machines and services of absolute quality and reliability as witnessed by their Customers loyal during decades.

G3, putting together experience in rebuilding and maintenance with ITALMEC know-how, is always a partner of our Customers from the initial discussion of project specifications until the after sale services. In fact, the whole design phase is made in tight cooperation with Customer's technical people, in order to guarantee manufacturing phase in terms of time and contents perfectly complying with Customer's needs.

Lean and flexible structure of G3 allows to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of all activities from small companies to large worldwide Groups, operating with much faster response and competitive costs with respect to larger and more structured companies.

Our technicians, as much as possible, follow the project during manufacturing in G3 and installation and start-up at Customer's site for providing continuity and completeness in all phases.

All machines by G3, both new and rebuilt, are always in accordance to latest regulation, complete with all Technical Documentation and CE Declaration.

With respect to existing and, often, obsolete machinery what produced by G3 increase prductivity and safety while reducing operating costs.

Thanks to a tight control during all phases of design, procurement, machining, assembly and tests, machines rebuilt by G3 are fully equivalent to new machines and identically guaranteed in terms of performances, quality and reliability
