YUPPIES SERVICES SRL è una società di ingegneria, che svolge attività inerenti il patrimonio immobiliare e urbano e progetta servizi per la sua gestione,
organizzata in 4 aree principali: Facility Management, Engineering Management, Energy Management, Information Tecnology.
Per far questo in modo efficace YUPPIES SERVICES si avvale al suo interno di un team di competenze professionali diversificate che lavorano con collaboratori e partner
sparsi su tutto il territorio nazionale.
2009 YUPPIES SERVICES cambia: da società di servizi diventa società di ingegneria, incorporando la consociata AD ACTA PROJECTS. Viene brevettato ICO3DN®,
un sistema informatico nato dallo sviluppo di YAC, in grado di creare un modello della realtà affidabile sfruttando le più moderne tecnologie laser scanning.
2008 YUPPIES SERVICES diventa società per azioni e si orienta verso un servizio sempre più integrato.
2005 Viene costituita Cad Services & Consulting, società dedicata ai servizi al patrimonio con sede a Bucarest (Romania).
2002 YUPPIES SERVICES fonda, insieme ad altri due soci, AD ACTA PROJECTS, società di ingegneria.
2000-2002 La società si amplia e sviluppa in particolar modo le attività di censimento e Facility Management per il patrimonio immobiliare di Pubbliche Amministrazioni
e privati. Si progettano nuove tecnologie, funzionali alla gestione dell’attività e alla qualità dei risultati.
Utilizzando come base AutoCAD, YUPPIES SERVICES crea YAC – Yuppies Automazione Censimenti.
1985-2000 YUPPIES SERVICES realizza disegni e rilievi utilizzando AutoCAD: questo la porta a diventare esperta nel prodotto. Negli anni Novanta si organizzano corsi di formazione
di disegno AutoCAD e la società viene promossa leader di Autodesk®. Una volta autorizzata alla vendita di questo prodotto, si decide di aprire il settore informatico.
Nel corso degli anni l’attività di service si diversifica e si amplia: ci specializziamo nel disegno delle strutture e delle infrastrutture e iniziamo l’attività di censimento.
1985 YUPPIES SERVICES nasce a Modena, il 16 maggio, per fornire servizi di supporto della progettazione per gli studi, le imprese e le Pubbliche Amministrazioni.

and we arranged these activities into 4 main areas: Facility Management, Engineering Management, Energy Management, Information Tecnology.
In order to operate in an efficiently way, Yuppies Services s.p.a. makes use of a team with different backgrounds and with professional areas of expertise,
working with collaborators and partners across the country.
2009 YUPPIES SERVICES changes from a service provider into an engineering firm, incorporating their subsidiary AD ACTA PROJECTS. We licensed ICO3DN®, which is a
computerized system created through developments to the Yuppies Survey Automation system (YAC).
ICO3DN® is able to create a reliable model of reality using cutting-edge laser scanning technology.
2008 YUPPIES SERVICES becomes a limited company, oriented towards offering increasingly integrated services.
2005 Cad Services & Consulting, which is a company involved in real estate services, has been established and located in Bucharest (Romania).
2002 YUPPIES SERVICES jointly with two partners, establishes the engineering firm AD ACTA PROJECTS.
2000-2002 The company expands and develops its Survey and Facility Management services, in particular in the public and private field of real estate.
A new technology to assist the management of these kinds of activities and the quality of the results was designed. Based on AutoCAD system, YUPPIES SERVICES creates
YAC – Yuppies Survey Automation system.
1985-2000 YUPPIES SERVICES was involved in making technical draws and in performing surveys through by using the AutoCAD system, therefore it was going to increase
its expertise in the field of facility services. In 90’s, AutoCAD training courses were arranged and the firm becomes an Autodesk® dealer. After the company was authorized
to sell the product, the Information Technology (IT) division was established. Over the years, service activities were diversified and expanded.
During this period, the company was specialized in drawings structures and infrastructures, and the survey automation service begin its activity.
1985 YUPPIES SERVICES was established in Modena (Italy) on May 16, to provide specialist services to support the design and creation of works for engineering offices,
companies, and public administrations.
