(ITA) Venus Fitness è una Società Sportiva Dilettantistica che mette a disposizione dei propri soci una piscina da 25 metri con 5 corsie per il nuoto libero, i corsi di nuoto adulti e ragazzi e per i corsi di Acquafitness, una vasca idromassaggio con cromoterapia e cascate d’acqua dove recuperare energie mentali e fisiche, una palestra suddivisa e attrezzata con zone Cardio, Isotonico e Corpo Libero dove svolgere attività aerobica e anaerobica supportati dai più qualificati Personal Trainer, una sala Corsi dove si svolgono tutti i giorni corsi Fitness e discipline di varia natura, intensità, ritmo e durata.
La SPA che racchiude al suo interno Sauna, Bio-Sauna, Bagno Turco, Docce Emozionali, Percorsi Benessere e Kneipp; un luogo incantevole e fatato che avvolge ogni persona in un’atmosfera di coccole tali da dimenticare le preoccupazioni ed i malumori quotidiani, rivitalizzando da un lato le funzioni primarie dell’organismo e dall’altro i meccanismi energetici interiori per un recupero del proprio benessere fisico e mentale.
Inoltre è presente un’area benessere con una Stanza del Sale, una stanza con una temperatura e umidità specifiche dove rilassarsi e usufruire dei benefici apportati dalla parete di sale retroilluminata formata da mattoncini di sale dell’Himalaya ed una zona Tisaneria, una stanza dedicata al reintegro dei liquidi persi con l’utilizzo della sauna, della biosauna e del bagno turco. Qui è possibile degustare le varietà di infusi e tisane a disposizione e rilassarsi dopo il percorso SPA.
La piscina e la palestra rimangono inoltre a disposizione dei soci anche in un’ottica di preparazione atletica e di recupero e riabilitazione della forma fisica.
Venus Fitness SSD inoltre organizza, promuove e partecipa attivamente a corsi ed eventi promozionali di varia natura e per tutte le età, che possano soddisfare tutte le esigenze del mercato e del tempo libero.
Non manca infine il Centro Estetico, un’oasi di bellezza e benessere in cui si praticano tutti i trattamenti per viso e corpo attuali e all’avanguardia, con la possibilità di predisporre piani mirati e personalizzati per raggiungere ogni obiettivo prefissato.

(ENG) Venus Fitness is a sporting company ASD, that offers its members a 25-meter pool with five lanes for free swimming , plus swimming lessons for adults and children and courses of Acquafitness . There is also a Jacuzzi hot tub with chromotherapy and waterfalls where you can recuperate both mental and physical energy. The gym is divided into several areas, one is equipped with an isotonic Cardio zone, another is for free Floor Exercise where aerobic and anaerobic activities take place, supported by highly qualified Personal Trainers. There are also a hall where Fitness courses and disciplines of various intensity , pace and duration are held on a daily basis.
The SPA that includes Sauna , Bio - Sauna , Turkish Bath, Rain Forrest Showers and Wellness programs and Kneipp; an enchanting and magical place, that wraps each person in such a comfortable atmosphere so as to forget all worries and day to day problems. Revitalizing on the one hand the primary functions of the organism and on the other, the inner energetic mechanisms to recuperate physical well-being and mental health.
There is also a wellness area with a Salt Room, a room with a specific temperature and humidity to relax and enjoy the benefits of the backlit salt wall made of Himalayan salt bricks and a Tisaneria area, a room dedicated to reintegration of lost liquids using sauna, biosauna and steam bath. Here you can taste the varieties of infusions and herbal teas available and relax after the SPA.
The pool and gym are also available to sporting associations with a view to provide athletic training and recovery and rehabilitation of physical fitness .
